BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER

Never judge a person by the color of their skin
Because you will never win
Always look at their hearts
Because that’s where it all starts
It doesn’t matter whether white, yellow or brown
Someone is always trying to bring you down
A person can’t help the color they were born
And sometimes it causes their lives to be torn
All our blood will always be red
Even after we’re long gone and dead
So let’s stop all the blood shed
Use what we were taught by our mother
And treat everyone as our brother
No matter the color, there are those who are cool
And there are those who will act a fool
So don’t let color determine how you feel about someone
And never let good go undone
Don’t be a hater, be a liberator
Because let me tell you mister
We are all brother and sister
There are those who will never learn
And for that they might forever burn.
