My name is Timothy Johnson and I will be 39 years old on October 1st… I am 6 feet 4 inches tall, I have black hair and blue eyes… When I was a child, my hair was blonde and then it turned darker as I got older… I have only a younger brother (Trevor) who will be 33 in August… I am the oldest grandchild of my grandmother who I love very much… I would not be the kind of person that I am without her unconditional love and support throughout my life… I have 4 children that I love more than life itself… Alaina – 16, Angelique – 14, Joshua – 11, and Amelia – 9. I have a very close relationship with each and every one of them… I caught my case when Amelia’s mother was one month pregnant with her… But let me tell you now that it has in no way diminished the connection between father and daughter… I have been locked up since March 2012 and I am not eligible for release until March 16, 2029. My charges are: Aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated discharge of a firearm, attempted armed robbery, and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon… I shot someone while helping a „friend“ collect money from people that owed him. Long story short, he told on me, got less time than me, and is home already… I could hold a grudge, but I believe that will stop me from growing as a person. I can not and will not be the same kind of person that I was when I came to prison…
I enjoy both playing and watching sports… I work-out whenever I get a chance to… I have a lot of tattoos all over my body… I enjoy writing letters and poems. I pretty much live my life listening to music. I listen to everything from rap to country to heavy metal… Usually it depends on what kind of mood I am in… I have a tablet and that’s how I listen to music and play games… Not to mention I can also send and receive emails on it… Just have to go to connectnetwork.com and then have my name and number on hand: Timothy Johnson #R25008. I believe in God… Of course this is not the only time that I have been in trouble, it just happens to be the most serious thing I have ever done… I thank God for the time I got… At first the state was trying to give me 35 years at 85%… I know and understand fully that I am responsible for what I have done…
People have looked me up in the past and have passed judgement based on what’s on the cover… Lord knows if they had not been so superficial, they may have given me that one chance that I need… I am not the type of person to need or ask for multiple chances. You never have a second chance to make a first impression… I believe that one problem that people have nowadays is that they are so quick to judge rather than putting in time to understand… Time is one of the most precious gifts you can ever give to someone… Every second you spend with someone is a second that can never be replaced … Time is so precious, whether a person realizes it or not. I am finished with wasting my time… I promise to never waste anybody elses time either. I already know that I could go on and on about myself or other things, but I will save that for the next time.
