Arkansas has decided residential burglaries should be a violent crime (regardless if a gun is involved or not) imagine being a kid and my past coming back to haunt me. Two or more violent crimes Arkansas will make all inmates do 100% of their time! 🙁 I was so scared my juvenile past would come back to get me… I am a violent felon. I’m not proud of my past, I messed up and I broke the law more times than I can count. The court sentenced me to 25 years on a “Y” felony to serve 70% of my time. 🙁 Imagine what I been through… I lost my kids, I lost my wife, I lost my mom to cancer, I just lost my grandpa. Now, I’m facing 100% of my time. When I was to go up for parole (early release) in 2026. August 18, 2026 for the record. I thought I would lost my mind… I haven’t wrote in a while, sick like I was on this you can imagine me not being in a mood to write. I finally found out my juvenile past is in fact buried I was spared the fate of a few others… one guy has to max out 30 years… He’s 40 now. I can’t imagine. I count my blessings. I’ll be free 2026 and I refuse to come back. I will be a good person, I will make my momma proud of. I’ll get out and make a life I can be proud of… I owe it to my kids and my mom I owe it to myself.
