Mom, you have always been there from day one
The very moment I was born
Your love will never falter of waver
You have always been a life saver
Your love is stronger than the ocean’s tide
When I’d get into trouble you would let it slide
Through bumps and bruises and all the hurt
You were always there to wipe off the dirt
You worked day and night to put shoes on my feet
And were right beside me when I could not sleep
When I grew older and left the nest
There were many a nights you did not rest
Thank you mom for all the years
Of laughter, joy, good times, and cheers
Just remember all that you do
